Payment Account Rates General

Payment by PayPal

PayPal payments are processed automatically and instantly. So your account should be credited within a few minutes after you paid.
If this is not the case, please visit the PayPal website first and check if the payment was processed and/or successful.
If it was, please send us the following details:
- Date of payment
- The email address belonging to your PayPal account
- The payment amount
- The PayPal transaction ID or invoice ID
We will try locate your payment and report back to you.

Payment by credit card

For credit card payment we use a secure gateway called Paypal. You do not need to subscribe to Paypal to make payments.

PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders.

A PayPal account can be funded with an electronic debit from a bank account or by a credit card. The recipient of a PayPal transfer can either request a check from PayPal, establish their own PayPal deposit account or request a transfer to their bank account. PayPal is an example of a payment intermediary service that facilitates worldwide e-commerce.

Payment by Interac (Canada only)

As soon as we receive your payment, it is processed and your account will be credited . Please note that we cannot influence the transaction time before your payment reaches us.

You should take extra care in sending us the PIN number. This number is used for fast processing. If the PIN number is incorrect or missing, the order can  be delayed and your account will not be credited in due time.

Error code during payment process

Should a payment fail due to an error code please carefully read the error instructions as normally it will give you another payment option.
Sometimes the error is only temporary and you will have to wait a little before you can try again.

It could also be that a previously used payment method is no longer offered due to technical or security reasons;
in that case you will need to select another payment method. Many of the payment methods we use are offered to you via 3rd parties
(creditcard companies etc) therefore we often do not have specific information why a payment failed. If you want us to investigate
your payment problem further please always include the following details:

- Date/time of your payment
- Payment method
- The payment amount
- The error code
- Any reference numbers required for some payment methods

Another payment problem

Please let us know as many details as possible such as date/time of the payment,
which payment method you used, the amount paid, reference/account numbers and a detailed description what exactly happened.
We will try to solve any problems as soon as possible.

What is Callback?

Canadafreecalls helps you to eliminate cellular outbound airtime. It works with cell phones with unlimited incoming airtime but few or no outgoing minutes:

1. Dial the access number (514-667-3784), and hang up*

2. After you receive the callback, enter destination phone number followed by the # key
3. Wait for us to connect the call for you

Since Canadafreecalls calls you and your friend, it is an incoming call for you both.
Canadafreecalls lets you avoid using the expensive outbound minutes by the mobile carriers.

* You will hear a busy signal when you call. No airtime is deducted, since the call wasn't completed.
