Bucharest, Romania — April 10, 2025

As part of a trade mission organized by Business France, Tudor Seicărescu—agri-entrepreneurial consultant and advocate of regenerative agriculture in Southeast Europe—delivered a strategic presentation on the evolution of the Romanian agricultural market on Thursday morning. The event took place at the Residence of the French Embassy in Bucharest, in the presence of His Excellency, the French Ambassador, and representatives of six innovative companies from the French agricultural sector.

Mr. Seicărescu’s presentation, held between 10:30 and 10:50 AM, offered a clear and insightful overview of current trends in Romanian agriculture, including export dynamics, the rising demand for organic inputs, and the development of high-value crop sectors such as fruit, vegetables, and viticulture. He also emphasized the importance of transitioning toward sustainable and regenerative practices in light of new European regulations on emissions and biodiversity.

Among the participating companies were Asclepios, seeking local producers of apples and vegetables, as well as CYBELE AGROCARE and SYMBIOMER, both providers of organic agricultural inputs interested in partnerships with farmers specializing in premium crops, including vineyards. Other companies presented advanced solutions for large-scale crops in areas such as precision irrigation, soil analysis, and digitalization of the production chain.

In the second part of the day, from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, personalized B2B meetings were held, aimed at connecting French suppliers with potential partners from Romania through direct and practical dialogue.

The event marked a new step in strengthening Franco-Romanian collaboration in the agricultural sector, reflecting a shared interest in innovation, sustainability, and rural economic development.
